This is awesome! It really makes me want to buy the book! I can't believe Rick Riordan gave your book such a glowing endorsement! It must be great and you must be walking on air!
I’ve enjoyed looking over your blog. I came across it through another blog I follow. I am now a follower of yours as well. Feel free to look over my blog and perhaps become one as well
Great trailer! I like the music. It really adds to the tone. And I love your blurb from Rick Riordan! Did you do that yourself? What program did you use?
Christina, I used Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0, but most PC's and laptops, come with some sort of movie/slide-show software already installed. I would love to make trailers for a living, along with writing of course! Getting it in time with the music wasn't even that tricky! If I can do it... ;)
Thanks again everyone! Off to the IRA today in Chicago for my first signing *puke* and to meet the folks at Holiday House!! Can't wait!
Nicole and everyone else! You guys totally rock! I don't know what I'd do without support from other writers! It can be a very lonely little world for us reclusive writer types! So thank you for being there!
Allan, I got the music from neosounds.com Great site for royalty free and affordable tracks! ;)
Cool book cover. I'm going to have to watch the trailer tonight when I get home, but I'm sure it's good!
So, I never heard... Am I allowed to get a signed Arc from you so I can review it on my blog? What do I have to do? I can pat my head and rub my tummy at the same time. :)
Looks great, Hilary!
